There were a mini bar, central heating, and multi-channel television in the room, truly enjoyed that. The staff was all very helpful and top-class.

The location is marvellous and fantastic, it's next to the restaurant and a variety of restaurants. The staff is being competent and decent.

Beautifully kept and well-maintained place with private parking, so don't hesitate to come here by car. The breakfast is wonderful, and the location is magnificent short walk to many local shops, over a dozen good restaurants in W-S, and the downtown area. All in all they offer efficient service. By the way, WiFi fee is usd 13 per 24 hours.

The provided service was attentive. The rooms were contemporary and a nice size with a king bed, beer and shower, I truly enjoyed that. The breakfast offered a lot of options and was wonderful. The staff was very helpful, my every need was addressed.

The hotel had a very central location and it was right next to Artivity on the Green. The property was an excellent home base for enjoying a vibrant area.

Location near to many local shops and several local restaurants and a CVS and Winston-Salem. Nicely decorated, contemporary rooms with shower as well as mini-fridge, unbeatable setting.

The staff here was exceptional, providing top-notch service and making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room amenities were impressive, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel had a wide range of facilities, from a spa and fitness center to a game room and bowling alley. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant and the convenience of room service. we were very impressed with this place and would definitely recommend it to others.

I had a wonderful stay at the Kimpton Cardinal Hotel. The hotel's decor truly captured the elegance of the past, with its beautiful Art Deco ceiling and inviting bar and restaurant area. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The late-night cocktails at The Katherine were a highlight, especially the perfectly prepared escargot. The hotel's history, displayed on the wall leading to the reception area, was a fascinating touch. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

One drawback I experienced was the lack of plugs on the nightstand in the room. However, this is a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience at the hotel.
